No matter what you’re preparing for — it’s all in the details. 
This spring, @kilianjornet showed up at a rural Ultramarathon in the Swedish woods. The task — to test his gear and put his new fueling protocols into practice. And to qualify for Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc (UTMB). To make the race/experiment really interesting, he adopted a brand new fuel plan that included prototypes of this year’s upcoming drops. And he had his blood sampled at every aid station to enable a deep performance evaluation. The result?
