This time 7 weeks ago we didn’t know whether Ben would live or die after being hit by a car whilst cycling home. He’s been fighting for his life and is now fighting to regain consciousness after an induced coma. Ben’s long term disabilities are unknown yet we have been told to expect the worst. Today I got a smile, a kiss, a face squeeze and I asked him to open his mouth and he did. I am over the moon with joy and wanted to share these incredible wins after many weeks of uncertainty.
