Kratiemakes has been busy gallivanting through Belgium 🇧🇪😮‍💨 we’ve been drinking lambic, slurpin moules and visiting some sites from the Great War. I made small buttons (first picture) to commemorate a 30 mile (48.28 km) bike ride we took through Flander’s Fields and the town of Poperinge. I left one for John McRae, who wrote the infamous poem “In Flanders Fields.” I did not know that this man was 1, a surgeon and 2, a Canadian! 🇨🇦 keep your eyes peeled for more art and Kratiemakes adventures.
