Throwing it back to when our Education Coordinator, Jamie Marcelo, was transformed into the iconic Frida Kahlo. Frida Kahlo was a Mexican painter best known for her self-portraits inspired by the nature and artifacts of Mexico. Her self-portraits featured an exaggerated monobrow and mustache, exploring both masculine and feminine sides that helped break down barriers surrounding gender stereotypes. #fridakahlo #fridakhaloinspired
