Greek Turkey Meatball Bowls (recipe below) This was my first time making this recipe and since filming this it’s been my absolute go-to when it comes to dinners! It’s SO easy to make and perfect when you want an easy dinner. You guys are going to love, here’s the recipe 🫶🏼 Meatball recipe from @kalefornia_kravings Ingredients: -1 lb ground turkey -1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs -1/4 cup red onion (diced) -1/4 cup feta cheese (Chris doesn’t like cheese so I left out haha) -3 garlic cloves -1 egg -2 tsp dried oregano -1 tsp dried dill -1/2 tsp cumin -1/2 tsp salt -1/2 tsp pepper Tzatziki Sauce: -1 cup plain yogurt -1/2 large cucumber grated -1 tbsp fresh dill -1 tsp minced garlic -2 tbsp lemon juice -1/2 tsp salt -pepper to taste Other: -tomatoes -cucumber -romaine lettuce -red onion -pita bread -feta -dill for topping Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 400F. Add all ingredients for your meatballs into a bowl and mix well. 2. Scoop the mixture into your hands and form 1 inch balls. Place onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes. To get them browned, broil for 2-3 minutes after baking. 3. While the meatballs are baking, make your tzatziki sauce. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl until combined. Chop up your veggies for your bowl. 4. Assemble. Add your chopped tomato, cucumber, onion, and lettuce to your bowls. Add your meatballs and top with feta, fresh dill and a generous amount of tzatziki.
