I spoke to some proper people doing proper things, polly pic’ed here designer for @mothers_for_mothers helping new mums, all mums struggling with their mental health. Also visited @alderhey_inspired and chatted about something very close to my heart, childrens mental health. The need for early intervention and more funding for the excellent services like the one at alder hey. Please lets look after our small ones and their mental health, alder hey and #wildernessfoundationuk focusing on foraging and the gift of nature for accessing young unsettled minds. Also i want to thank the people at the @rnli garden for welcoming me and chatting through mine and my girls plans for rogers legacy, the RNLI being one of his big time ❤️.
