Hello color. I mentioned in previous posts how on this Farmhouse Fixer project the homeowners were fearless with color, they loved color. That is a really great opportunity then to update a space with low cost investment. We didn’t renovate this area really, it got a new finish on the floors, a new light fixture and paint. But the paint is what does it. Rather than keep color on the walls I went for the punch of this vibrant blue color on all the trim and let the walls be light. Swipe right for the before and you can see a peek in the hutch that we did another blue for a little bit of contrast. Katie @kt.dezign did even more art for this house (are we seeing a trend here of how much art she was working on for these projects!) , swipe right to see some pieces you might have missed on the episode - it went by so fast! Resources: Photo: @jaredkuziaphoto GC @curranconstruction Walls and trim color: @benjaminmoore Super White Trim + Wainscotting: Blue Jean from @benjaminmoore Inside glass cabinet: Blue Daisy from @benjaminmoore Chandelier: Claremont Milk Glass Chandelier from @potterybarn Table: from Crate & Barrel Chair: Thorton Side Chair from @wayfair Rug: from @landryandarcari Art: from @kt.dezign
