So eager to start the New Year and what better way than to do it right. Getting back on track with my first session at the @intercarechiropractic this year for what I thought were minor issues but turned out to be a little more significant - some knee discomfort and tightness on the lower back. As explained to me by @docjoshuawinslow, my lower back is inflamed due to neglect of spinal health, leading to further concerns like my knee instability and leg weakness. Two hours of unbelievably relaxing physical therapy, laser therapy , back adjustments and taping were the best treats I’ve accorded my mind, health and body.
