One of my favorite new cookbooks is by my fame alum of Cafe Boulud, @gavinkaysen At Home and my dear friend @sylviebigar’s cookbook, Cassoulet Confessions, provides perfect inspiration for these winter months as does @chefsarahjayne Listen to Your Vegetables. @edible.planet_andreasviestad’sA Dinner in Rome is a great journey and true culinary exploration. And if you read French, here are two great memoirs that share the life stories of @alainducasse and Chef Bernard Pacaud of @ambroisieparis. My dear friend chef @ericripert shared his custom designed fish pan, La Poissonnière, with me, and I decided to use it and reimagine my classic Paupiette of Sea Bass! Proceeds from each pan support @cityharvestnyc . Speaking of fish, my new copper sauté pan from my good friend @marthastewart48’s new copper cookware collection on @marthastewartshop is the perfect pan to use for cooking delicate foods like black sea bass to perfection every time.
