We promised to never forget that day. I think we should also promise to never forget our response as Americans. 21 years ago, we were attacked... We, as in Americans... ALL OF US. Not just a certain race... Not just a certain gender... Not just a certain religion... Not just a certain age group... No, WE.... we were attacked and in the minutes, hours, days, and weeks after WE came together as one. We united. We promised to never forget that day. I think we should also promise to never forget our response as Americans. The Unity as AMERICANS. Even as a child, I remember the feeling of unity... The displays of patriotism... The way communities came together. The way our “odds” were put aside... Because we understood... TOGETHER WE STAND, divided we fall. I pray we never forget 9/11... Never forget those brave Americans who lost their lives... Never forget that WE are Americans. #NeverForget
