“TRUST THE PROCESS” *brows heal 30% lighter after the first procedure* The healing process for brows, eyeliner, and lips go through the same stages just like a body ink tattoo. These stages are: Day 1: Fresh off the needle Immediately after the procedure your brows are new and beautiful! The color is exactly what you hoped for and the shape is perfect! Day 2-5: Dark Stage You will notice your color has darkened. This is because the color has oxidized and will only be temporary. Day 6-10 Patchy/Flakey You will notice your cosmetic tattoo is starting to crack, white flakes start to form, and they are patchy. It is extremely important not to pick or peel off your brows, lips, or eyeliner, because the pigment underneath may be removed too. Day 10-14: Light Stage Once your brows are healing and all the flakes have fallen off, your brows tend to look lighter. Your skin is processing pigment. It takes it away, get familiar with it, and then pushes it out. You will see more color resurfacing back within the 6-8 week period.
