✨Birth is a Portal✨ Those who have birthed unmedicated know that labor takes you to another realm, if you let it. 🌀 

Even in pregnancy your perception of the spirit realm is heightened. 🔦 Perhaps this is why they say, "the veil is thin..."

Birth is an invitation 🗝

In labor, time and space no longer are relevant. You become a traveler in the Spirit, moving on the frequency of energy and intuition. ⏳

As labor intensifies, your brain waves slow down as you journey inward. 🧠

Some midwives say that when a woman crosses the veil, the air gets dense. 🌫

Gold dust appears, ✨

A wind shifts the room, 🌬

The air tastes sweet, 🍯

...Like a bicycle kicking into gear just before you climb the steepest part of the mountain, 🚴‍♀️ you shift into alignment with the Spirit; you body opens, baby shifts into the right position and labor progresses rapidly.

Everyone in the room follows your lead as you guide the way into the deep. 🌊

The worst thing anyone could do is to over-estimate their own self-importance and sabotage your instincts.


YOU are the trailblazer. 

Intuitively, you trust; even you have never been here before, your body knows the way. 🧭

Finally, birth brings you to the end of ourself, where all that is left is surrender. 🤲

You say yes to your mountain.🏔

You embrace this holy, sacred rite of passage,

The Maiden dies and the Mother is born.

From the fire, you emerge, with a new strength, resolve and confidence. 🔥
