“When my new Protégés ask for a discount in their work 😌” The first 6 months in a new industry are truly CRUCIAL for new @entrust.group Protégés to ADJUST, BUILD GOOD HABITS & CREATE A HEALTHY WORKING MOMENTUM. Our industry rewards HOW MUCH WORK has been put in, OR, HOW SMART THE WORK HAS BEEN DONE. Yes, we offer FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS; and unfortunately I have witnessed people deteriorating because of this. They couldn’t create discipline for themselves & used the flexibility of time for non-productive things. Always try to use flexible work hours just like it’s your usual 9-5, (OR, less time but more productivity : work smart) UNTIL you get a grip of your discipline & KNOW WHEN TO WORK or spend time for leisure. When my new Protégés join my agency, I give them full 100% attention & will answer even the simplest questions. Even better now, after 12 years of continuously growing as a leader, I keep perfecting systems to help my team SOAR & GROW FASTER. I make sure I give them the modules they need before they ✨fly✨ & make money. The ones who pay attention to me & enter classes usually show positive results & increment in income - and they will continue to receive full attention 😍👍🏻 The ones who don’t though.. I’ve to eventually take my focus off them & start focusing on new Protégés. It’s simple 👉🏻 I do my part, you do yours. I treat it like a relationship, it can’t be one-sided & I can’t keep clapping wind (bertepuk sebelah tangan 🥲).
