When I was 26 weeks🥹!
I’ve noticed so many things and changes during this pregnancy one thing for sure.. I don’t have the power and energy that I want and need atm. My midwife advices me to move my body and train instead of doing nothing, which is so much better and has a lot of benefits actually. My belly is growing and growing and it’s also getting heavier so my body need to be stable. These back pains are killing me so I prefer to follow a workout to feel much better. My motivation is coming and going but when I can I’ll do a small workout 🫶🏽
