Happy Boxing Day! @jonburgerman ‘s solo exhibition “Friendly Neighbors” is on view now at gallery by the harbour Sesame street and the creations of Jim Henson have influenced Burgerman’s life since the early 1980’s. “I would watch Sesame Street before I go to nursery school, with a glass of milk and a slice of my mother’s chocolate cake. The characters, songs and animations left an indelible mark on my psyche, showing me that kindness and fun is something that benefits from being shared.” The iconic Sesame Street characters had introduce themselves into the world of Burgerman’s art.
