Semoga menjadi bekal motivasi kaum wanita 💪🏻 12 years in the investment & finance industry, I learned that a woman’s successes are often discounted. Bila sangat berjaya, ada yang criticise. Bila tak bagus, diejek. There’s no winning in the eyes of people who are envious. And sadly.. the ones who do these often to other women; are women. This world can be tough on us, belum kira lagi kaum lelaki yang can be as bitchy & suka buruk sangka other women. When a man succeeds, we celebrate. When a woman does the same, there will always be negative stories to discount that woman’s successes. This needs to stop.. if you’re like this, find it in your heart to imagine “what if others feel this way about me ? I wouldn’t like it right...” This explains why women tend to celebrate small successes, because if others don’t, we’ve to do it for ourselves. It becomes a tiny leap of motivation to excel & stretch further. I want to be that person to MOTIVATE & INSPIRE other women to feel as such. HASIL TIDAK MENGKHIANATI USAHA - so let others speak while you climb your ladder of success 💪🏻 Results are everything, focus on that.
