Let’s talk about tents, baby...We love this set up by Shanae, the queen at @partylifepro! Quick facts: *Determine ahead of time if a tent will be in your rain plan. More of that ⬇️ *Our pavered section of the patio accommodates a 15x45 tent. This gives you a stretch of coverage from the pergola to the gate at 1st st. * There are lots of options to customize! Add walls, add walls with windows, add lighting, etc. *Pick up and delivery times can vary. You have to coordinate with both the venue and the rental company. *Prices are not always fixed. You have to view it like a hotel room. When they are in high demand for a busy weekend they will be higher, and they will be higher at the last minute. *There are times we have coordinated tents for two separate parties and they shared the cost. There are times this is better for the rental company as well, since they can pick up on a Monday rather than Saturday or Sunday morning at their peak delivery/pick up times. This can turn into some savings. *You want to determine your rain contingency ahead of time to make sure you are budgeted and it’s not a last minute unexpected cost. *If there is other decor you wanted to add, you have now met the delivery $$ minimum if you rent a tent, so adding some extra decor personality will be less than if you just rented the extras without the tent. *If you have a planner, they know all of this already and will work to navigate the process for everyone involved.
