Meet the O.G. Espresso Martini 🔥 The VODKA ESPRESSO was invented in 1983 by London bar genius, Dick Bradsell, who later refined the recipe into its more famous cousin. A little sweeter than its modern counterpart, if you love Espresso Martinis, you need to give it a try... WHAT YOU’LL NEED Ice cubes 15ml Kahlúa 50ml vodka (try Absolut) 10ml simple syrup 25ml espresso 3 whole coffee beans HOW TO MAKE IT 1. Add all ingredients and lots of ice into a shaker, or any vessel with a lid. 2. Shake for 15 - 20 seconds, to build up lots of that velvety foam. 3. Strain into a retro martini or cocktail glass – not forgetting the foam! 4.
