Replying to @Mon -T If you went to all that trouble making my Chocolate Stout Syrup, then you better believe I’m going to give you some cocktail options for it 😋 It’s incredible in both an Old Fashioned and a Whiskey Sour... but something I have not tried yet: Chocolate Stout Espresso Martini. Somebody get on that! Chocolate Stout Whiskey Sour — 1 1⁄2 oz Cask-strength Whiskey 1⁄4 oz Madagascar Vanilla Liqueur 1 oz Fresh lemon 3⁄4 oz Chocolate Stout Syrup Optional: a few dashes of bitters Egg white (ha!) or cocktail foamer Combine ingredients and shake with ice.
