Heading off for work in the morning, so am ringing in the NY with a brand new Italian cocktail. As you can see I am a one take wonder. Italian Paloma SERVES TWO 90ml Tequila 45 ml Campari 15 ml pink grapefruit juice 30 ml fresh lime juice 30 ml fresh lemon juice 20 ml simple syrup 180 ml orange soda (I used a mix of orange juice and sparkling water) Pinch of salt (which I forgot) and slice of grapefruit to garnish. Add all the liquids to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake for 10-15 seconds. Strain over ice into two glasses and top off with the orange soda. Add a pinch of salt and slide of pink grapefruit. Serve immediately. 🍹🇮🇹
