When #SydneySweeney and her family first moved to L.A., they experienced financial hardship, which started hurting her parents' relationship. They lived in one motel room, sharing one bed and one couch. Sweeney took “really s---y projects” for sometimes $100 a day hoping it would be enough to keep her parents’ faith and maybe even make the family whole again. ⁠ ⁠ “I thought that if I made enough money, I’d be able to buy my parents’ house back and that I’d be able to put my parents back together,” she says. “But when I turned 18, I only had $800 to my name.
