It felt strange celebrating my birthday today while millions of women are losing their reproductive rights across the country. If you know me, you know I stand solidly for equal rights. It felt absolutely important for me to get out there to stand in solidarity with thousands in Los Angeles and all over the nation today. My grandpa fought for equal rights in the NYC union movement in the 30’s and I have made it my mission in life to continue his legacy. Until all are free, none are free. I stand with you.
