2022 vs 2020. 30 pounds gone 😅 i know my page is for music, not nutrition, but after talking to grace we felt like this should be shared with y’all: stopped drinking, eating out, & consuming all inflammatory foods. started consistently weight lifting, casually walking, eating primarily grass fed meat/organs/fruit/dairy, & made an effort to cut out things that stress me out. also added some random primal things like daily sunlight, red light, barefoot walks, raw liver, etc. also more importantly, this lifestyle took away my brain fog, gave me more energy, better sleep, & overall better quality of life. hope some of that helps!! PLEASE stop starving yourself to lose fat. it makes your body freak out 🙏 oh & i learned a lot of this from my sister @korimeloy s/o to her for opening our eyes to living/eating in a more primal way. this wasn’t supposed to be an ad for her but go check out what she has to say...it’s gold 🤍
