Here’s my house salad that I make almost every night! We LOVE it!! I make so many variations of this... Sometimes I use butter lettuce, or add tomatoes, some days chickpeas, or leave out the avocado. I dice the onions or slice them, depending on my mood and I even swap the red wine vinegar for apple cider vinegar.
