Sweet and tart cranberry scones for the holidays ✨ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2 C Flour 1 T Baking powder 170 g Ice cold Unsalted butter cut into cubes 1/4 C Sugar 1 T Salt 2 large Eggs 1/2 C Cold Heavy Cream 1 C Fresh Cranberries ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Sift dry ingredients. Cut butter into flour. Make sure to leave some large chunks- helps create layers and soft crumb. Fold in beaten eggs, cream and bring dough together. Roll out , cut and place on top of each other and roll out gently. Punch out scones, brush with cream and sprinkle sugar.
