These festive high-protein Raspberry Ripple Truffles will leave you wanting more! ๐๐
Hereโs what youโll need:
๐ 1/2 cup shredded coconut
๐ 1/2 cup oat flour
๐ 2 scoops OxyWhey Raspberry Ripple Cheesecake protein powder
๐ 1/2 cup light cream cheese
๐ 1/4 cup almond milk
๐ 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Hereโs how to make them:
1๏ธโฃ Combine shredded coconut, oat flour, protein powder, cream cheese and almond milk together in a glass bowl
2๏ธโฃ Roll into balls and place into the fridge for 30 minutes
3๏ธโฃ Melt white chocolate in the microwave and drizzle over truffles before returning back to the fridge for a further 10 minutes to set
