Taste!Memory Souvenir Reveal #1: A notebook I am an absolute lover of notebooks. I have collected them for decades and so it made perfect sense to gift one, which features my painting ‘You will find a spirit in all that is living (paw paw)’ 2019. Did any of you get one of these? The notebook also has three of my recipes inside. I’ve shared one of these in the second image: Young Coconut Yoghurt. I came up with this recipe because dairy and I stopped getting along. Even had some of this yumminess today, with cinnamon-dusted paw paw (papaya) and a mighty mound of fonio.
