Kudos! Neighbors called 911 at 2:16 a.m. and knocked on the door of a two-story townhome in Garden Grove to alert the residents of smoke coming from their garage. The sleeping residents didn’t wake up until firefighters arrived and forced entry through their front door. The residents, their dog, and their cats then evacuated safely while firefighters knocked down and confined the fire to the garage. We are happy to share that the door from the garage into the home was closed, which significantly slows the spread of fire. Cause unintentional/undetermined.
