Dutch doors - we actually do a decent amount of them on projects. I love the nostalgia of them. We find them in old homes all the time. The homeowner asked for one though it wasn’t in the budget. It was a nice little surprise to give them one. A colorful one at that! They had visions of passing food though the top opening out to the new deck but still keeping the dogs corralled - brilliant! ⁠ ⁠ This gives me a minute also to say a giant thank you to Shawn @curranconstruction whom works with @jonathanrknight and I on a majority of these projects.
