If you're seeking lightness: lead with the aligned action of detachment. Detachment doesn't signify a lack of care, consideration or connection. It's about separateness rooted in love. Not taking how someone interacts with you or the world and identifying with it or using it to serve as a reflection of who you are. Internalizing the external is the cancer of sovereignty and the enemy of lightness. There is an infinite stream of love that you can always access and will never run dry. It lives right here, within you. You can choose to know this and even when you forget you can choose to remember. Your soul is the truth and cannot be found by attaching to what is outside of it. Anything separate from it is an illusion. When you free yourself from the limitations of the ego's need for validation and acceptance that does not come from inside, you will find lightness.
