mooood 📢📢 They never tell you how lonely it gets when you're working on yourself and for the longest time I spent "grieving" the old me. Missing my life when I was in my early 20s, and everything that went along with that. But I finally realized that that's just not who I am anymore and I've grown and flourished in ways my younger self wouldn't believe. Self care isnt only the physical, but the mental state as well- I changed how I talked to myself and that no matter how people choose to perceive me, that's has nothing to do with me.
