Drum roll please....Our secret beach dinner location in the Bahamas is...Lighthouse Beach on Paradise Island in Nassau (pictured above!) 🌊 This event which kicks off our Winter Tour is just three weeks away! We’re treating you to an amuse-bouche to ready your tastebuds, a sneak peak at our secret location. Lighthouse Beach on Paradise Island in Nassau is a gorgeous spit of green grasses and white-gold sand jutting out into the variegated turquoise and blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Currently, the the island’s lighthouse and keeper’s quarters are being restored to their former glory as the Paradise Island Beach Club, paired with a tree planting initiative to populate the landscape with palm trees and indigenous flora. Chef @SimeonHallJr will be joining us to honor the culinary history of the Caribbean through his creative, colorful cuisine. A champion of the farm to table and sea to spoon movements, Chef Simeon prepares simple, delicious meals with a focus on fresh, locally harvested ingredients. He is bringing that sensibility to the field kitchen for a true celebration of Caribbean tradition in both place and cuisine.
