The Hyde Park Summer Fest has always been about giving back to the community. This year, a portion of all ticket sales were matched by BOWA Construction (BOWAgives) and donated to five Chicago Public Schools. Martin Luther King Jr. College Preparatory High School, South Shore International College Preparatory High School, Hyde Park Academy High School, Walter Dyett High School for the Arts, and Kenwood Academic Center each received $15,000.
