This week we started with an ambitious goal, to raise $10,000 for our partners. In just four days, we’ve raised over $3,000. ⁠ ⁠ 💖That’s $1,000 for @chicagowomenintrades, which has been helping women achieve economic equity for more than 40 years. ⁠ 💫That’s $1,000 for @gyrlsnthehoodfoundation, which is helping gyrls across Chicago navigate racist systems. ⁠ 🙌🏽That’s $1,000 for @lovepackageproject, which is showing love to Black parents and families. ⁠ ⁠ Regardless of if we raise $10,000, we’ve already hit our goals of bringing people together, of fighting back against oppressive systems, of pooling our resources and energy in ways that make our world a more just, more compassionate place.⁠ ⁠ There’s still time to join us.
