So accountability Friday and it's a a good one post car hell weekend and post . So some wins this week and some fails.
First fail was 145kg just didn't move off the chest. This however is fine. I'm not beating myself over it. I had to put to sessions together and then bench straight after. I really needed to play catch up to get myself to some kind of decent level for @nottinghamstrongopen in Jan.
Wins however ! Floor press of 130kg , 130kg for single moving very well , 212.5kg triple trap bar pull , all the double on SSB done today too and defiect deads moving very well . So my banded bullshit actually paid off.
Great to have a new home and a great facility to be had by @kingsgymofficial in Croydon. Had to do it and buy a t-shirt to represent proper now !
Weight wise. I haven't weighed myself for a while now. This is because......I need new batteries for the scales. That's literally it. But feeling a lot lighter ish *I'm still a 150kg plus guy ! I'm literally the bodyweight of 2 average humans .
Chunky yet funky !
But tomorrow is a training day with Sunday off , for Christmas. Monday to finish off the week and then i believe I have caught up !
On a better note , I got my new straps on my smart watch which means I can track my steps and sleep better. So winning there !
