5 THINGS THAT HELP ME STOP COMPARING MY BODY TO OTHERS. 🫶🏽 • mute unhelpful accounts • practice being present • reduce screen time • focus on creating memories • healing my relationship with food/exercise whether it’s to random strangers on the internet or our closest friends, we’ve all experienced the feeling of comparison and the negative impact that can have at one point of our life or another whilst it’s absolutely a normal part of human nature (so try not to beat yourself up about it!), it’s never easy or fun and there can be ways to help reduce it a bit when it comes to body image, the way we perceive ourselves to fluctuate from time to time, but here are a few tools that have really helped me! i’d love to know of the tools/resources you use ! let’s chat! ❤️
