When designer @meghan.eisenberg began the remodel of her Los Angeles abode, her grandfather’s six-seater dining table was hardly enough to accommodate the huge family dinner parties she and her husband customarily hosted. “I was looking through some old drawings—the house was remodeled in 1955, 1965, and 1985—when I noticed one early rendition included a dining banquette just off the kitchen,” says Eisenberg, who took it as a sign to bring it back.
