I’ve spent years learning about nutrition, not just through my health coaching studies, but because I had to. So when I’m doing a reset like this, there are a few staples I always come back to. They support my energy, help me stay consistent, and genuinely make me feel good without overthinking every meal. I keep my shop simple but intentional, lots of good fats, protein that feels nourishing, fibre-rich snacks, and things that make staying hydrated a little more enjoyable. I also swap out alcohol for something that still feels like a treat but doesn’t mess with my sleep or mood. This isn’t about perfection.
