Welcome to the @rainbowcenter : a trans led LGBT resource and social service center serving Contra Costa County in California. The @rainbowcenter provides a great deal of day to day resources to the transgender and queer communities but also to low income and/or marginally housed families who rely on their food/pantry and mental health and wellness services. 🏳️‍🌈🌈🏳️‍⚧️❤️
