A wonderful day spent in Bath and Lacock! 👋 The Royal Osteoporosis Society is the UK’s largest national charity dedicated to improving bone health and beating osteoporosis. 🦴 Having supported the charity since 1994, The Queen Consort today visited their new offices in Bath. Osteoporosis is a condition that causes bones to lose strength and break more easily. 3.5 million people in the UK are estimated to have osteoporosis - and both Her Majesty’s mother and grandmother were affected by the condition. Later, Her Majesty met members of the community in Lacock - including the congregation at St Cyriac’s Church and staff who work in the local village shops.
