Endoscopic endonasal neurosurgery can be used to remove large tumors at the base of the brain. Using advanced techniques, we can perform these highly effective, minimally invasive surgeries without any incisions at all. This technique allows us to remove tumors and keep the brain and critical nerve function, like vision, safe. I use a special MRI during surgery to ensure that the tumors are maximally removed.
