I’m running the London Marathon next Sunday 🖤 @zakvelsvoir asked if I’d like a spot to run the @londonmarathon a month ago and having gone through personal battles recently, plus a shoulder injury, I didn’t dwell on saying yes. It’s my first marathon and with so little time to prepare, it’s probably not a great idea. However, I’ve got a good base from training and I’m determined as f*** when there’s a goal in mind and a chance to challenge my body and mind through adversity. This will be one thing off the bucket list if I manage to do it! Doing my last long run today.
