This form collects your contact info and also where & when you’d like your appointment. If you’re a new patient, you’ll be asked to submit our brief new patient medical form as well!⁣ ⁣ STEP 2⁣ Once you’ve submitted your booking request, one of our concierge schedulers will contact you with appointment options that best fit your request. Confirm the time that works best for you, and we’ll add you to our delivery schedule!⁣ ⁣ STEP 3⁣ Our nurses will arrive fully stocked and prepared. They will do a quick vitals check and consult with you about specific benefits you want, and can help you select the best options and customizations to maximize your results. On average, drips last from 25-45 minutes depending on the person. ⁣ ⁣ That’s it!⁣ Once dripped, our nurses process final payment and can split your tabs if there are numerous people.
