Ok so this reel is definitely a microwave version of what my process is to approaching sessions for clients lol but there are 5 key steps I take for any session I do. The inquiry: after an inquiry is submitted I send out the proper booking information to that client based on what it is that they are looking for! There is a budget for every service and we aim to price you accurately. In addition to our rates we talk more about our partners (makeup artist, hairstylist, wardrobe stylist , etc) Planning: it’s typical that we have 2-3 weeks to plan your session before hand to gather all your ideas, team and flow of events and put them all on paper! Plans may not always go as planned but a plan is better than no plan! Usually I send off the moodboard or timeline but the clients who come with one like @labtwenty9 in the reel are Heaven sent 🥹🙏🏾. Execution: now that we have our game plan we are all excited for the big day! Typically I are Ight to set 30-15 minutes before hand if I’m not already at the studio to set up and mentally prepare what’s about to go down! I also take this time to set the mood gather my playlist and get ready! Post production: after the session is completed in 48hrs my clients will have their proofs and I wait for the “😫😫 how did you expect me to pick just 3-15 images” text 😂😂 once they narrow it down or up 🥹🫶🏾 retouching is started and sent back. The finally: I aim to start my clients experience from the moment they inquire a pleasant one. Following sending off edits I ask for reviews good or bad.
