SEPTEMBER HEALTHY GIRL HABITS (NON-DIET EDITION)
To remind you that in a world that tells you the only way to be a ‘healthy girl’ is to drink £6 oat milk matcha lattes and eat Nobu salads, there is more to ‘health’ than that
There are plenty of ways we can implement health-promoting habits into our lives, without restricting our food intake, punishing our bodies with workouts we hate or spending extortionate money on ‘superfood’ powders & potions
For me, it’s about getting really personal and looking at the small, practical daily habits that I can slot into my day. Here’s a few things I’d like to try this month:
- reduce screen time
- focus on how exercise makes you *feel* not *look*
- dedicate time for rest
- practise being present in the moment
- focus on eating *enough*
These are a few non-diet things I’ll be leaning towards this month, how about you? 👇🏼💕
