Btw., as you share sweat, tears, and a lot of anger (towards the stairs) with your fellow mountain crawlers you can make a lot of friends that will also be willing to take pictures of you at the top🤪. If you wanna feel like you have hiked 2 million stairs up a hill I can wholeheartedly recommend last (!) Thursday’s Power Flow class - it will have your thighs burning the same way. 😇 Can I also recommend you to stack this class with a longer Savasana, a floor poses class with deeper stretches, or a meditation to balance out the “yang” energy..?
