Garlic & herb hasselback roasted mini potatoes ✨ These are such a delicious side dish! Easy to make and fun to eat 🥰 Here’s how to make them:
•Cut a bunch of thin slices into small yellow potatoes 1.5-2 lbs), not cutting all the way through. Use chopsticks or skewers as a guide.
•Combine 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 cloves grated garlic, and 1 tbsp each finely chopped fresh rosemary, sage, and thyme.
