1 year today🤯🤯🤯!!! Can’t believe that this day last year I spent 9 hours at hospital in excruciating pain after breaking my right radius 🦴 and lying there for an hour waiting for help. 5 days later I had surgery to bring the two ends of the bone back together which is now and forever held together by 6 screws and of course a neat scar. After 4 months off the bike and 2 months in a cast I came back faster than ever (after getting my confidence back of course). So grateful for all the help from @PUR7ON and your dad for getting me off the hill. Thank you to all the doctors and nurses for patching me up and helping with my recovery, it would have been a much longer, more painful process without the NHS. #mtb #mtbcrash #mtbrecovery #nhs #onthisday
