I found this picture on my phone a few weeks ago and, I’m not going to lie, I actually gasped. I’m so far into my treatment with my fabulous trichologist @susie_pkingsley at @philip_kingsley and am enjoying excellent results that it’s easy to forget what my hair was like when I started. Admittedly, the lighting is harsh and it’s a terrible angle (I was queueing to collect post from the Post Office depot) and I think this was around 2015/6. This is just my regular reminder that if you’re affected by hair loss, hair thinning or any kind of issue that’s impacting the health and quality of your hair then all is not lost. Yes, a trichologist comes with a cost but that cost is an investment in expertise, investigation into any underlying issues and continued care.
