Before meeting Conor I never gave much thought to what the day of an oyster farmer looked like. I’ve been given a rare glimpse into the oyster world and it’s a physically demanding process but Conor and his team make it fun. Through sweat, bugs, jellyfish, and hauling cages full of the prized oysters out of the water these guys laugh and smile through the whole process even on the worst days.
